Connections is built and supported by SummitLabs, a small team. Every message is read by the people who build the app.

Get in touch

Email hello@smmtlabs.com with a few words about what happened. Screenshots help. If it concerns a subscription, include whether you’re on the monthly or yearly plan — never send passwords or payment details. You’ll usually hear back within two working days.

Quick answers

Subscriptions and refunds are managed by Apple: to cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data — export everything as JSON from You → Export my data, and delete your account permanently from You → Delete my account. Both work without contacting us.

The assistant answers questions about the app too — ask it “how do I merge duplicates” or “how does strength work” right in the Ask tab.
